and Chief Information Security Officer

Jim is responsible for setting the overall operations direction of the company and ensuring alignment of actions with short-term and long-term strategic goals. As Senior VP of Operations, Jim facilitates client success at every level.

Berin Skariah

Vice President of Product Delivery
and Life Cycle

Berin oversees all electronic data capture strategies, connecting with clients and the Development Team to ensure ongoing effective processes. Berin also collaborates with the Client Services Team regarding client matters and the Product Life Cycle Team to assure solutions are continuously developed.

Megan McMullen

Director of Client Services

Megan plans, develops, and directs all Client Services strategic and tactical initiatives with focus on enhancing client operational efficiency. Accountable for great client service and contributing to solving tomorrow’s client challenges today, she clarifies client needs, recommends how customization can be leveraged, and partners with our clients to innovate success beyond their expectations.

Sarah Neufeld

Director of Compliance

Sarah manages PHIMED’s security and compliance by ensuring adherence to company policies, researching trends in cybersecurity, and maintaining external industry certifications, such as SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA, and PCI DSS Level 1.

Ashley Kilmartin

Director of Strategic Partnerships

Leading sales and marketing strategies and initiatives, Ashley collaborates with PHIMED’s partners and internal team to develop and fulfill the strategic plans and processes at an executive level while cultivating complete client satisfaction at every stage.

Soji Thomas

Director of Solutions Architecture

Soji oversees the analysis of required system design and development while providing leadership to PHIMED’s US and India development teams. Soji also works to enhance system evolution, assuring medical specialties’ technical requirements for revenue cycle management are met.

Mathew Cherian

IT Manager

Mathew consults with client technical teams to ensure software is installed and addresses issues or questions regarding the software. Mathew also provides technical support for PHIMED employees and collaborates with the US development team to optimize SQL configurations and advance technical components.

Janet Fulgham

Chief Human Resources Officer

Janet supports all HR functions, emphasizing leadership development and succession planning, and assists in strategic planning, operational improvement, and organizational change management.
